Death

Another Revolutionary Soldier gone!  At Andes, in this county [Delaware Co. NY] on the -?- inst. Jehu Burr Esq. in the 82nd year of his age.

On the afternoon of the 8th instant, John Terry aged about five years, was drowned in the floom to the clothing works at Halcott's ville, in this county [Delaware Co. NY].  He was an active and intelligent boy and only son of Mr. Charles Terry, Merchant of that place.  He had probably been in the water about an hour before he was discovered when resuscitation was attempted but without effect.
