BRADLEY: On Friday afternoon last, Mrs. Bradley, mother of Cornelius Bradley, who resides in a house owned by Under Sheriff Randall, about half a mile west of Oneida village [Madison Co. It seems Mrs. Bradley was at work about the stove, when her clothes took fire and there being no one in the house with her, she was shockingly burned before she could get her clothing off. One of the neighbors, probably hearing the cries of the sufferer, went into the house, but it was too late to save the unfortunate woman. Her age was about 60 years. Union
