Norwich [Chenango Co., NY]: At the residence of the bride's mother, Mrs. Ella Spicer, on South Broad street, Monday afternoon, at 1 o'clock a very happy nuptial event occurred in the marriage of her daughter, Miss Nina M. Spicer, to Richard G. Pellett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. Pellett, of this place. Rev. Wilson Treible, pastor of the Broad street M.E. Church, officiated in the presence of a small company of near relatives and friends. After the ceremony the company enjoyed an excellent wedding dinner. The bride and groom received many beautiful and fitting gifts in token of the regard of their numerous friends. Upon their return from their wedding trip to New York and other places, Mr. and Mrs. Pellett will reside at 163 South Broad street.

A quiet wedding occurred Thursday, Nov. 20th at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Merritt, in Vallonia Springs [Broome Co., NY]. It being the marriage of their daughter, Bertha to Lynn Crawford of North Sanford [Broome Co., NY]. Friends and relatives to the number of sixty-five assembled and at 12 pm. Miss Nina Murphy played the wedding march, while the bridal couple took their places. Rev. Mr. Murphy, in a few impressive words, pronounced them husband and wife, after which congratulations were extended. The bride was the recipient of many beautiful presents, as a token of the high esteem in which she is held. A bountiful dinner was served to which all did ample justice. Mr. and Mrs. Crawford left for Oneonta on the 3 p.m. train, carrying with them the best wishes of all.
