Deaths

HACKLEY:  In Cazenovia [Madison Co. NY], on the 10th inst. of consumption, Mr. J.C. Hackley aged 44 years.  He was a life long resident of Cazenovia and esteemed by all who knew him.

BREWSTER:  In Cazenovia [Madison Co. NY], on the 10th inst. Edwin Burr [Brewster] son of W.G. and Phebe Ann Brewster, aged 1 year and 9 months.

THOMPSON:  In Brookfield [Madison Co. NY] on the 17th inst. of brain fever, Miss Mary [Thompson] daughter of William Thompson, aged 14 years.

WITHEY:  In Oneida Valley [Oneida Co. NY], on the 15th inst. of consumption, Mr. James S. Withey, aged 36 years 11 mos.

BRIGHAM:  In Penn Yan [Yates Co. NY] on the 3d inst. Mary A. [Brigham] wife of Rev. S.P. Brigham, aged 34 years.

BISHOP:  In Greene, Chenango Co. [NY] on the 11th inst. Mr. Thomas Bishop, formerly of Morrisville [Madison Co. NY] aged 58 years.

RODENHURST:  In East Saginaw, Mich. Sarah A. [Rodenhurst] wife of Richard Rodenhurst and daughter of Hiram Knickerbocker of Pecksport, Madison Co. [NY] aged 35 years.
