Michael Hodges
Norwich [Chenango Co., NY]: Lyon Brook Lodge, Brotherhood of Locomotive Fireman, recently elected new officers, Michael Hodges being chosen master. Mr. Hodges became a fireman on the Ontario & Western Railway in 1895 and is now running on the Utica flyer. He has been a resident of Norwich for about 10 years and has a host of acquaintances outside of his railroad friends, all of whom are congratulating him upon the honors of the hour.
The other officers of the lodge chosen were: Vice Master, Frank Lyons; Collector, Herman Brownell; Past Master, Charles Cutler; Secretary, William Murphy; Treasurer, Adon Davis; Chaplain, Thomas Fern; Warden, Axtel Karlson; Inner Guard, Charles Sampson; Outer Guard, Frank Ferris; Conductor, Henry Hausen.
