W.C.T.U. Parade Float
Pure White Tribute is paid the memory of Frances E. Willard, founder of the W.C.T.U., whose portrait is displayed on this prize-winning Bainbridge float by, left to right, Juanita James, Esther Hollenbeck, Velma Ballantyne, little four-year-old Roberta Ferguson, Arlene Young and Lillian Moore.
