Died:  In Smyrna [Chenango Co., NY], on the 26th ult., Mr. David Coy, aged 54 years.

Died:  In Norwich [Chenango Co., NY], on the 19th ult. Mr. Joseph Wood, aged 87 years.

Died:  In Preston [Chenango Co., NY] on 30th ult. Samuel D. [Lewis], son of Samuel and Phebe A. Lewis, aged 11 years.

Died:  In Greene [Chenango Co., NY], on the 6th inst., Sally [Smith], wife of Wm. H. Smith, aged 48 years.

Died:  In East Greene [Chenango Co., NY], on the 2d inst., John H. [Hodge], son of Mr. Jehial H. Hodge, aged 6 years.  Dear as thou wert, and justly dear, / We will not weep for thee; / One thought shall check the startling tear; / It is that thou art free.

Died:  On the 12th, Ambrose [Firman], son of George Firman, aged 18 years.

Died:  In Columbus [Chenango Co., NY], on the 16th inst., Mr. Oliver Palmer, aged 76 years.
