At St. Mary's Hall, Burlington, N.J., suddenly, on the 3d inst., Agnes Maria [Russell], eldest daughter of Wm. F. and C.J. Russell, of this village [Greene, Chenango Co., NY], aged 16 years. The funeral will take place from the residence of Mr. Russell, this (Thursday) afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Fatal Accident: On Monday afternoon, Mr. Benjamin Chamberlain was almost instantly killed at his residence in Cannonsville [Delaware Co., NY]. Mr. C. was in his barn feeding his stock, and a girl was there milking. She states that Mr. C. was driving some cattle with a pitchfork, holding it by the handle, with the tines toward him, and that either one of the animals jumped against one of the animals, or against him, and knocked him down. He died almost instantly. The fork had pierced the femoral artery, and Mr. C. died from loss of blood. Deposit Cour.
