A Pensioner: We "ne'er may look upon his like again." We saw in our streets on Monday last, Joseph Foot, of Coventry [Chenango Co., NY], a Revolutionary pensioner. He is 99 years of age. His walk is firm and erect and possesses a boyish air in his active movements. He was, as he well may be, the observed of all observers, as he is the last in this section of country to claim his half yearly dues under our revolutionary pension acts.

Died: In this town [Greene, Chenango Co., NY], on the 12th inst., Mariette E. [Bingham], wife of Frederick M. Bingham, aged 26 years. The deceased was a gentle loving woman, devoted to her children, and to her friends. We shall long remember her pale beautiful face, her sweet affectionate smile, her kind gentle voice. She was early called to part from a loving husband and loving friends. Three lovely babes she has laid in the tomb. A mother's care, a mother's love could not save them. But she has gone to join them in the skies. Oh how she loved them, the flowing tear, her look so full of tender sorrow is present to me now. But why should we sorrow?
