ELSWORTH:  In McDonough [Chenango Co. NY], Nov. 11th, Mr. Amasa Elsworth, aged 73 years.

MILLER:  In East Greene [Chenango Co. NY], Nov. 3d, Mary [Miller] wife of loren miller, aged 61 years.

EMMONS:  In Afton [Chenango Co. NY], Oct. 30th, Betsey Emmons, formerly of New Hampshire, aged 72 years.

ENSIGN:  In McDonough [Chenango Co. NY], Nov. 4th, 1870, Carrie L. [Ensign], infant daughter of Dr. E.L. and Alcinda Ensign, aged 3 months and 1 week.

SLATER - UNDERHILL:  At the Congregational Church, Chenango Forks [Broome Co. NY], Nov. 16th by Rev. J.M. Ely, Mr. Geo. G. Slater formerly of Norwich [Chenango Co. NY], to Miss Frankie E. Underhill, of Chenango forks.

Deaths

TICKNOR:  In Smithville [Chenango Co. NY], on 18th, Mr. Elias Ticknor, aged 66 years.

TUTTLE:  In Quindaro, Kansas, Oct. 27th, very suddenly, of heart disease, Mr. Arad Tuttle formerly of Oxford, aged 56 years.

In Chicago, Tuesday, the 15th inst. by Rev. J.H. Rylance, D.D. Rector of St. James' Church, Mr. John Garland, of Chicago, and Miss Juliette E. Gray, formerly of this village [Greene, Chenango Co. NY].

In Cincinnatus [Cortland Co. NY], on the 16th inst. of typhoid fever, Charlie A. [Quivey] only child of Dr. A. and Mary L. Quivey, formerly of this village [Greene, Chenango Co. NY], aged 4 years and 3 months.

In Binghamton [Broome Co. NY], on the 19th inst. Daniel S. [Gardner], son of Henry Gardner, and nephew of D.S. Gardner, of this village [Greene, Chenango Co., NY], aged 4 years and 3 months.

In Norwich [Chenango Co. NY], on the 16th int. Elizabeth [Hunt], wife of Perry Hunt, aged 22 years.
