Rev. M.D. Fuller, D.D.
The New Pastor of the Broad Street M.E. Church, Norwich
Utica Saturday Globe, April 1910
Rev. Dr. M.D. Fuller
Norwich [Chenango Co., NY]: Rev. Dr. M.D. Fuller, who was assigned to the pastorate of the Broad Street M.E. Church at the recent conference in Binghamton, has already made a favorable impression upon the Norwich parishioners, bidding fair to find as warm a place in their hearts as he left among the Pennsylvania Methodists. Five years ago Dr. Fuller was made presiding elder of the Honesdale district and during that time so endeared himself to all that his departure was deeply regretted not only by people of his own denomination, but all other denominations as well. A farewell reception was tendered him, his wife and his daughter, Mrs. T.W. Kay, when hundreds of people found opportunity to attend and express regret at their parting and voice the heartiest best wishes for future success and happiness. Since taking up his work in Norwich Dr. Fuller has preached forceful sermons to large congregations and under his leadership and guidance the members of the Broad Street M.E. Chruch are looking forward to a year of unusual activity and exceptional growth.
