Fatal Accident:  Mr. Canfield Tyler, of Delmar township, late of Smithville Chenango Co., N.Y., while on his way home on the evening of Wednesday, the second day of the Fair, was thrown from his wagon, his limbs catching in the crossbars of the pole, and dragged, with the horses at high speed, until both bones of one leg were broken, and he was so badly bruised about the head and other parts of the body, that he died on Saturday.  He was thirty-seven years of age.  He leaves a wife and two children to mourn his loss. We were unacquainted with the gentleman, but we are told that he was of unblemished reputation, and was much respected by a large circle of friends, both in this section and in his native county.  His remains were interred in the cemetery at this place on Sunday last.  Wellsboro (Pa.)
