Cpl. Thomas Clark Discharged from Army

Cpl. Thomas J.W. Clark was discharged form the Army Jan. 21 at Fort Dix, N.J., after serving 30 months in the Pacific Theatre.  He served in new Guinea, New Caledonia, Fiji Islands, Treasury Islands, New Hebrides Islands and Philippines.  He holds the Asiatic-Pacific Ribbon with two stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon with one star, Good Conduct Medal and Victory Medal.  The young veteran has returned to his position at the American Plastics Corp. [Bainbridge, Chenango Co.,  NY]
 
T/3 Douglas Gardner Discharged from Army

T/3 Douglas H. Gardner, of 81st Ordinance Heavy Maintenance Co. (Tank), was discharged at Fort Dix, N.J., Jan. 18, after serving in the Pacific Theatre for two and one-half years.   He holds the Asiatic-Pacific Ribbon with one star, Good Conduct Medal and Victory Medal.  Douglas is the son of Frank Gardner, of Harpursville [Broome Co., NY].
 
S/Sgt. David M. Morgan Discharged

S/Sgt. David M. Morgan, of 1252nd A.A.F. Base Unit, was discharged at Westover Field, Mass. Jan. 16, after serving in the European and Asiatic-Pacific Theatres.  He holds the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Ribbon, European-African Middle East Ribbon, American Theatre, and Victory Medal.  He is now at his home in Afton [Chenango Co., NY]
